Case Study: Connections for Abused Women and their Children

Twelve years ago Connections for Abused Women and their Children approached Hoopla to review and upgrade its annual event.

We rebranded the event as “Sounds of Silence”–which abbreviates to “SOS.” Each year SOS increases in size, revenue, and engagement.

Since the pandemic we have crafted two high-impact virtual events centering on survivor stories.

CAWC uses segments of the virtual event every day: in education, outreach, and staff training.

communication development
creative direction
project coordination
stakeholder engagement
production oversight
vendor management

Hoopla Communications has provided amazing event planning services to Connections for Abused Women and their Children for over 10 years. The ingredients to the success of our Gala is Hoopla’s great connections, sharp skills, attention to details, knowledge of what is current, and the fact that they are the nicest people ever. It feels like working with friends. I highly recommend Hoopla Communications for your event planning needs, you will not regret it.
